This means both physical and psychological stress. Once upon a time, I had a sister who would start losing her hair whenever she got stressed. I never understood it then, but I do now. When everything fell into place again, she would have the most healthy and beautiful hair. So, my hair guru suggests we try to avoid situations that stress us. According to him, stress is one of the leading reasons we face hair loss and have very weak and thin hair.

I am one of those people who like to rush for the newest hair product in the market, hoping it would do some magic to my hair. This is not right, says the hair guru. If you want your hair to thrive, choose products made for your hair type, otherwise, you might just end up getting frustrated and getting a bigger chop. So, forget about what’s latest in the market and choose something that’s bound to make your hair thrive.
4. Use styling tools sparingly
Most of us feel the need to style our hair before stepping out each morning. Using these tools ever so often is bound to make your hair weak in the long run. 5. The more gentle the better
