Here are some skin clearing foods to add to your diet;
1. Avocado
Avocado is my favorite fruit of all time. You can eat it, smear it on your skin and hair, make smoothies with it, add it to your salad. There are countless ways an avocado can be helpful to you. This is because this slippery yummy green fruit is widely known as a great source of Vitamin E. Vitamin E is great for the skin as it boosts the skin’s luminosity and vitality. It also contains Vitamin C which reduces skin inflammation. In addition to all those benefits, avocado oil stimulates collagen production in the skin and this improves the skin tone and texture. Eating an avocado regularly helps the skin in moisturizing itself. You can always mix it up with other ingredients such as honey for a DIY face mask.
