Strawberries are just incredible. Other than being used for a romantic gesture, they have quite a number of health benefits, which I will be sharing with you on my next post. As for now, here is a very simple yet nutritious breakfast smoothie. For more healthy smoothies, you can also checkout this

Ingredients
- 2 cups skimmed milk

- 1 cup muesli
- 2 sliced bananas
- ½ Kg juicy strawberries
- 2 teaspoons honey
Directions
- Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with a bright single strawberry either on the rim or just float it on the smoothie.
- Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
