For optimum results, it is also recommended that you:
- Sleep at least 7 hours a night (no problemo here)
- Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of pure water per day
- Enjoy herbal teas throughout the day (I hope green tea counts)
- Exercise at least 30 minutes per day
- Walk in nature (hard to find)
- Do breathing exercises at least once a day
- Stimulate your lymphatic and circulatory system with body scrubs and massages

What an Alkaline Diet Does to Your Body
The home-based Alkaline diet is said to be attainable and just as importantly, sustainable.
