Health Benefits of Eating Seafood and Why Include it in Your Diet

Five Reasons Why You Should Introduce More Seafood to Your Menu

Health Benefits of Eating SeafoodFor the last couple of months I’ve had a wild obsession with fishy food, considering I don’t know much about the health benefits of eating seafood. And so you know, I have not been indulging in just any seafood; but grilled salmon from one of my favorite restaurants.

Health Benefits of Eating SeafoodThe other day, while making my fishy order, the waiter told me that if I don’t watch out, I’ll turn into a salmon one of these fine days. That got me thinking, should I not be reaping some benefits from eating all these salmon? And just before I could put my fork and knife down, the good folks over at Flooka, that seafood restaurant in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, reached over with their health benefits of eating seafood. What a coincidence I must say!

Flooka’s Calamari is a Good Source of Omega 3

Fish, not just calamari, is packed with Omega 3 fatty acids. Omegas 3’s have been named ‘fat burning fats’ as they can increase your metabolism, and we all know what that means. I guess this is one of those health benefits of eating seafood that I’m noticing (or it might be something else).

Prevent Heart Related Diseases with Grilled Fish of the Day

So if you need a reason to eat fishy food, there it is.  And if you keep up, sooner or later you might start reaping the health benefits of eating seafood. Not unless you are allergic, in which case I strongly suggest you see your medical practitioner before attempting to eat or touching any fishy food.
