We all want to have that supple and soft youthful skin despite what age group we are in. On the real though, we are ageing and it’s happening faster than you can say Fahrvergnügen. As we age our skin naturally starts to lose elasticity leaving us with sagging skin. Other than ageing, other factors that cause skin sagging are sun damage, weight loss, unhealthy lifestyle decisions and exposure to airborne toxins which cause collagen and elastin to break down over time. Collagen and elastin are the proteins that keep our skin smooth, tight and wrinkle-free which is essential for youthful healthy-looking skin. If your pockets are a little tight and it may seem like a hustle for you to get that firm skin using cosmetic procedures or you are into the natural vibe, by all means, try out these amazing DIY skin tightening treatments.

1. Egg White and Honey Mask
This sensational mask literally takes a few minutes to make. Egg whites are rich in albumin, a protein that works to improve skin’s elasticity, rebuild skin cells and impart a natural glow. Honey, on the other hand, is a powerful antioxidant that helps in removing toxins which build up over time in your skin. Combine these two and you get a powerful remedy that firms up your skin. You will need one egg and two teaspoons of honey. Separate the egg white from the yolk and mix it with the honey then apply it to your face, neck, chest or any area you feel like you want to have firmer skin. Leave it on for about 20 minutes, wash and pat dry. To get amazing results, use the mask at least once a week.

It is great at minimizing pores which makes your skin appear tighter. You can use it as a moisturizer or make a mask with it. Combine the gel with honey and mayo and apply it on your face and neck. Leave on for about 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. You can do this two to three times a week.
