You can add a spicy kick to your breakfast eggs or any meal that you’ll be having throughout the day or just eat them raw on their own (if you have the guts and need the glory). I prefer Tabasco, which I basically add into anything edible.

Beans
Although I’m not a fan (they leave me quite gassy), beans are the perfect ratio of fiber and protein which happen to ensure a full stomach with just a few calories. They are also pocket and user-friendly in that they fill you up real quick.

Grapefruits and citrus fruits, in general, provide an intense and satisfying flavor that help in cutting back on calories from sweet treats, and what better way to burn belly fat by staying away from sweet (edible) stuff? A grapefruit after dinner can satisfy just as much as that piece of cake you love so much. If you have a sweet tooth you should consider transitioning slowly to snacking on grapefruits.

Yeah yeah yeah, avocados just seem to be the go-to food for everything and anything… it’s simply the yummiest superfood out there.
