Garlic butter Brussels sprouts
Ingredients
Four cups Brussels sprouts
3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Clean the sprouts well and remove the stem ends as well as the tough discolored outer leaves.
- Steam the sprouts for about 10 minutes. Make sure you maintain their crunchiness.
- Melt the butter then put it aside.
- Take a little of the butter and use it to cook the garlic in for about 3 – 4 minutes.
- Add the garlic and butter mixture to the rest of the melted butter and mix well.
- Put the steamed sprouts in a serving dish then pour the melted butter and garlic mixture over it.
- Add salt and pepper to taste then serve while still hot with meat of your choice.
