Asian Cuisine: P.F. Chang’s Palatable Journey Through AsiaThis August and September, get ready to take an adventure through Asia with P.F. Chang’s limited time menu of Asian cuisine. This menu has listed a number of delicacies from countries like China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, and Thailand. If that list doesn’t make you an Asian cuisine foodie, then I don’t know what might.

The menu also includes some original new recipes inspired by the region’s most popular trends and innovative cuisines. And these dishes, to say the least, will most likely transport you to places you’ve never been (I think), where you will be able to experience Asia (depending on your palate) without leaving your hometown (Dubai).

Not to beat too hard on the drums, but this short-term menu also showcases the mastery of P.F. Chang’s chefs, and their expertise in high-temperature wok cooking, which brings out the full flavor of each ingredient for an authentic Asian cuisine experience.

China

Asian Cuisine: P.F. Chang’s Palatable Journey Through AsiaAsian Duck Salad: This is definitely the perfect refreshing salad of the season! It includes tender and warm slices of duck with fresh orange slices, almonds, fried shallots and baby spinach glazed with citrus soy.

Chang’s Combo: Delicious appetizers in one go featuring chicken lettuce wraps, fiery salt & pepper calamari, crunchy Ebi roll & California roll.

Fire Cracker Chicken: Sliced chicken breast tossed into the wok with pineapple, mushrooms, red peppers and dried chilies; guaranteed to make it an all-time chicken lover’s delight.

Seasoned Garlic Prawns: Butterflied prawns (my favorite) tossed in a zesty butter garlic sauce with sautéed tomatoes and chili pods.

Vietnam

Duck Summer Roll: P.F. Chang’s take on the famous Vietnamese summer rolls. This succulent appetizer combines the tenderness of grilled duck with the freshness of carrots, snow peas and cilantro; wrapped in delicate rice paper.

Korea

Kampung Sau Shrimp, This delectable dish has shrimp tossed in a sweet spicy sauce with bell peppers and dry red chili that will ignite your palate with vibrant colors and flavors that will leave you begging for more.

Asian Cuisine: P.F. Chang’s Palatable Journey Through AsiaTom Yum Chicken & Shrimp Soup: This is P.F. Chang’s way of doing the most popular Thai dish, which keeps the traditional flavors alive with lemongrass, straw mushrooms, and Cayenne pepper, for an extra kick.

To wash down the food, P.F. Chang’s has blended some summer refreshers to perfectly complement the limited-time Asian cuisine menu. These include:

The Passion Fruit Cooler – a fusion of fresh Passion fruit with fresh lime, mint, ginger and Jalapeno slices giving an extra kick to your drink.

Strawberry Mojito – a mocktail with the added flavor and sweetness of strawberries, freshly squeezed lime and mint.

Berry Blast – a refreshing, zesty combination of fresh strawberries and blueberries.

And to enjoy the full adventure, P.F. Chang’s founder Philip Chiang, suggests that you order several appetizers and entrees to share, in the Asian cuisine tradition of combining a dish from the sea, one from the land and another from the sky, paired with fried rice or noodles.
