Meditation and wellness activities such as mindfulness and yoga can go a long way towards positive thinking if they’re incorporated in your daily life.   1. I agree with all these tips. But, the first one stood out, ‘Surround yourself with positive people’. Recently, I had to cut off an extremely negative close friend. It was hard but, it was a must. They serve no purpose when they behave that way.
