Sometimes we tend to have some form of skin discolorations under our eyes which make us look overly tired, even when we are not. This discoloration is known as dark circles or dark under eye circles, and sometimes it can be very difficult to get rid of.
Depending on the cause of your dark circles, or panda eyes, there are several ways you can remove them naturally, without resorting to aggressive lasers and other clinical skin treatments, which can dig deep holes in your pockets.
So before you resort to these aggressive skin treatments to get rid of the under eye dark circles, I have put together a few natural remedies for you to try out.

Dark Circles Home Remedies
Potatoes
Potatoes are known to be natural skin bleaching agents, which can be handy when it comes to getting rid of dark circles. All you have to do is extract the juices from the potato, mostly through grating, and applying it directly on the dark circles using cotton balls. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes then wash it away. You will notice a reduction in the discoloration.
Tomato juice
Juice a tomato, and apply onto the dark circles. Wait for about 15 minutes then wash it off with plain water. Just like the potatoes above, tomatoes too have a bleaching agent which works wonders on panda eyes. You can repeat the procedure on a daily basis until you are satisfied with the results.

Plain cold milk
If your dark circles are as a result of fatigue, cold milk can do the trick of reducing the annoying discoloration. Just soak some cotton balls in cold milk and place them on the dark circles. Just by soothing and relaxing your eyes, you will be doing away with the dark circles.
Lemon Juice
Lemon juice has some skin lightening properties to the skin due to the vitamin C present in them. Squeeze half a lemon and apply the juice on the under eye dark circles. Be careful to not touch your eyes with the lemons if you don’t want to scream high heavens from the sting you will feel. Leave the juice on for 15 minutes then rinse.
Orange juice and glycerin
By mixing a teaspoon of orange juice with a few drops of glycerin and applying on the dark spots, not only will you be reducing the discoloration, the mixture will leave the skin under your eyes glowing and looking alive again.
There are a lot more natural remedies to help in getting rid of the dark circles. As usual, we always advise you to get to the root cause of the issue before starting any form of treatment.
